Sumit and his team were fantastic! I was at a loss as where to start when renovating the bathroom area. I had no previous plumber, electrical, tiler contacts and I was wanting the bathroom fitted out in a timely manner. I was envisaging that I would need to be sourcing and finding a selection of trade people at different stages of the revamp and knowing that they may need to be called upon at different stages.

I was fortunate to come across Sumit who assured me he could take care of the complete process and that he had a team of different trade people he called on.

Certainly, best way to go! The job was completed in a very timely manner, with no curve balls, costs etc coming my way. Sumit’s communication throughout the process was excellent. The end result was great, and the advice and recommendations that he gave added to the end result.

I still remember that when I wanted to undergo a project on my property. You were referred by a friend. We met then discuss about the project and you took two days to quote everything that was required.

We sat down to see if the pricing were fine with finer details, and you kept on saying I have charged reasonable, just look at my work and I will also give you back the property within schedule.

We agreed on that and you started the renovation task, you also made few changes after consulting with us on how some things would look.

Sumit you completed the task and that too with great workmanship and in time bound period.

If we have to rate your company and your workmanship. I will rate 5/5.

This review is based on my personal interaction with Sumit, his work ethics as well as his commitment and quality of work done within an agreed time frame.

I needed a deck to be built at my home, and after considering a few quotes, decided to go with Sumit.

Having never met him before, on our first meeting to discuss my requirements in regard to the job at hand, Sumit displayed professionalism and showed eagerness and interest, without being pushy to try and secure my business. I advised him at the time that I was considering other quotes as well.

His positive and understanding nature as to what I needed done and more specifically, by when I needed the job to be completed, made me decide to go with him. His was not the cheapest quote, nor was it the most expensive.

There were a couple of hiccups along the way as is the case with any building work, but at every stage Sumit ensured that the work continued without compromising on the quality.

His contractors were at all times hardworking, and very respectful men. Their work quality was flawless in 'every' respect. The deck was built on a solid and robust foundation that was specifically built, after clearing the pavers that once were in its place. Concrete foundation supports run through the length and breadth at intervals, as well as steel clamps for each cross beam under the flooring of the deck. The result is a strong and very beautiful deck.

A couple of days before the job 'had' to be completed, one of the contractors fell ill, and naturally I was anxious about the works' completion. Sumit completely owned the situation and worked a couple of late nights, as well as starting early the morning it had to be done by, to complete it on time.

I have, and will continue to recommend him, in fact when I was letting one of our good friends know how lucky I was to find Sumit, they told me that he had done the flooring as well as kitchen in their home which I had seen, and it was spectacular! I didn't know at the time who their contractor was. I felt extremely blessed to have had him build my deck, and I continue to get compliments on his work.
